S.E. 122nd in the small meeting room at the east end of the library.
Open to precinct people, volunteers and resident of HD 47 and 48.
 
Focus: Measures 66 & 67 , including lit drops being organized by
Multnomah County Democratic Party (with Defend Oregon) for
December-January.
 
Secondary topic: a jobs event - likely jobs fair - intended for March.
Right now, we simply need a framework and basis for taking this up
fully in January.
 
With Measures 66 & 67,  we have the chance to defend what remains of
Oregon's infrastructure. The alternative is to go the way of
California, where every cut in services undercuts the economy, which
in turn undercuts the state governement. In this never-ending cycle,
the outcomes are more debt, furloughs and state borrowing of money at
high interest rates.
