During the February session, the Legislature passed SB 1552, with significant protections for homeowners in distress. The new law goes into effect July 11. Please join Portland area legislators for an informational Town Hall to learn what these new provisions can mean for you and your neighbors.

First meeting of the new PCP term!

and after a short meeting (6:30 to 7:30), 

Join the EARL BLUMENAUER Celebration – 40 years in elected office!

We are Congressman Blumenauer's guests for a free Pink Martini & Storm Large concert, a sampling of some of Portland's best food carts, ice cream for all, and a no-host after-Party.

Special thanks to Congressman Earl Blumenauer.

We are in this together, and we have a lot of work to do.

Easy access by MAX; extra bike parking; street and garage parking available. 

(Garage parking can be accessed off Weidler - $7. Area street parking is $1/hour until 10pm)

Doors open at 6pm, and a short meeting will convene at 6:30. We will address quick business, update folks on campaigns and then proceed to enjoy a festive evening! The 40 years with Earl event is FREE for us. There will be appetizers, a no-host bar and after a 90 minute program (a little politics, a lot of concert, with Storm and Pink Martini, there will be an after-party for your schmoozing enjoyment.
